The Magic Wand Plus features the classic corded design of the original (plug it into your wall for consistent and reliable power), but its cord is removable for easy storage (and less potential damage over time). Plus, the Magic Wand Plus features a smooth silicone head (non-porous and sterilizable!), an separate on-off button, and variable speeds with 4 different levels of intensity (more variation than the original's 2 speeds).
