All orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within one or two business days. At this time, our preferred method of shipping is “Best Way” Flat Rate, which generally takes 3-5 business days. However, depending on where you live and the time of year (such as during the holiday season), it may take 1-2 weeks to get to you. Depending on the item(s) shipped, the carrier may be USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or a combination of these (if multiple carriers are necessary, you will NOT be charged for shipping more than once). If you know that a particular carrier cannot ship to your address, please let us know in the order notes. While we make every effort to ensure that all items on the website are in stock, from time to time an item that you ordered may be temporarily unavailable. If that is the case, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible and you will have an opportunity to change or cancel your order.
After you place your order, you will automatically be emailed a confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours be sure contact us to make sure that we received your order.
Your order may be drop-shipped to you. We have found that drop-shipping is the most efficient and eco-friendly option for us at this stage. Rest assured that if you see that your package is being sent from a state other than lovely Louisiana, nothing is amiss! Our suppliers are top-notch and we work closely with them to provide you with an exceptional experience.
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. The return address will not include our company name, but will be labeled plainly (for example, “Fulfillment” or “Shipping Department”).
If there are any questions or problems with your order we will contact you via email, so it is a good idea to check your email 24-48 hours after your place your order. Also, please make sure that your spam filter doesn’t filter out emails coming from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to cancel your order, let us know right away as once the order is shipped out it cannot be canceled.
Deliveries to residential addresses may be left at the address without a signature. Be sure that the address you provide is one you feel to be secure. If you prefer to sign for your shipment, please choose the “signature required” option at checkout.
It is up to you to know what types of laws exist in your area. We are not responsible for items that authorities decide are to be confiscated. We cannot be held accountable for items that are illegal in your state.
In the event of a package return due to improper address or other problem, you will be charged for re-shipment or any correction charge imposed by the mail carrier.
At this time, we can only ship within the United States. We hope to be able to ship to other countries soon!
